Get in touch via email, or book directly here for a free 15 minute call to see if we’d be a good fit. I respond to all enquiries within 48 hours.
Initial Call

You have the opportunity to ask questions and I can assess your needs. If you want to proceed, you confirm via email and we book your Clinical Assessment and First Session.
First Session

I send you an Onboarding Pack with information about the first session, location and/or video link details and payment information. During the session we discuss the Counselling Agreement, confidentiality, your needs in more detail and set our intentions for the work ahead.
Ongoing Sessions
04
We then schedule weekly 50-minute sessions to work through what you need.
